An electric fireplace is a frieplace that runs on electricity only. The 'flames' are created by LED lights and mirrors that mimics the look of a real flame.
Electric fires are easy to install and fit, they only need electricity and doesn't require much maintenance. Some electric fireplaces has incorporate heat and can be remote controlled as well.

How does an electric fireplace work?
An electric fireplace simulates the look of a real flame. Some electric fires also generate heat. The flames are created using LED lights and a mirror reflecting light that mimics the flickering of real flames.
An electric fireplace simply needs to be connected to electricity to work, and can be placed virtually anywhere you'd like.

What’s the running costs for an electric fireplace?
The cost of running an electric fireplace depends on several factors, including the model's power consumption, the electricity rate in your area, and also how often you use the fireplace. However, most electric fireplaces use between 1.5 to 2 kW per hour when running.

Does an electric fireplace create heat?
Some electric fireplaces does generate heat. It's different from model to model and not all electric fires has a fan heater.
It'll always be stated under each product description whether the fireplace has a fan heater or not, and the heater will typically be located at the top or front of the fireplace.
However, even though an electric fireplace has a heat fan, you can always enjoy the flames of the fireplace without the heat fan being turned on.
What types of electric fireplaces are there?
When it comes to the design and look of an electric fireplace, there're four different types of electric fires available. There're wall mounted electric fires, classic electric fires, freestanding electric fires and built-in electric fires.

Yes and no! You have a 2-year warranty on products bought from us. So, should anything happen with the fireplace within this period, we offer service and repair on the fireplace.
If the fireplace is not bought from us, we don't offer service or repair on the electric fireplace.
