Bioethanol-fireplace.co.uk offers a price guarantee on all our products. This means that if you find a bio fireplace similar to one of ours at another dealer, we will at least do a price match.

If you want to make use of our price guarantee, you should contact us via live-chat or email at info@bioethanol-fireplace.co.uk. You should send us documentation. This can, for example, be with an image or a link to another webshop.

In order for us to offer a price guarantee on a product, it must be possible to buy the bio fireplace from the competing dealer. Therefore it must be in stock at the dealer and ready for delivery.

The product must also not be part of a discontinuation sale.

Our price guarantee does not include bioethanol fuel.
