Foco Room Divider 1100 Medium with Remote Controlled Burner

Foco Room Divider 1100 Medium is a 110 cm wide three-sided bioethanol fireplace that is built into the wall. This fireplace is welded all the way round and has an integrated automatic remtoe controlled burner. The fireplace is designed to be built into a wall, from where you can see the flame from both sides. Although the name of the fireplace is a bit long and can be confusing, it's actually very simple:

The fireplace is part of our fireplace series called Foco, which are affordable built-in bio fireplaces.

Room Divider means that it is a 2-sided bio fireplace. So, it is possible to see flames from 2 sides of the fireplace.

1100 is the width of the fireplace in millimetres.

Medium refers to the depth of the fireplace. In the medium versions, the Foco has a depth of 30 cm. This means that this built-in bio fireplace requires a wall that is 30 cm deep. A special feature of the Medium models is that they are welded together.

Bioethanol Burner 

The Foco Room Divider 1100 Medium comes with the Decoflame Denver Basic F3 - 920 automatic burner. You can read more about the burner here.

The automatic burner allows you to switch the burner on and off with a remote control and also have a number of additional safety features that can automatically switch off the burner. However, please note that automatic burners must be connected to a power supply.

Materials 

Foco Room Divider 1100 Medium is made of 4 mm thick stainless steel that has been black powder-coated. This gives the bio ethanol fireplace a neutral and timeless design that lets the flames take centre stage.

In addition, 2 pieces of tempered glass are included, which are placed on each side of the fireplace in front of the flame. In addition to the glass looking great, it shields the flames from draughts and small gusts of wind and therefore helps to provide a more stable flame. However, it is possible to choose not to fit the glass if you wish.

Installation of Foco Room Divider 1100 Medium

The installation of the Foco One Medium is relatively easy and does not require any special certification. You are therefore welcome to carry out the installation yourself.

The frame is delivered assembled from the factory and is therefore ready to be inserted into the wall when you receive it.

If you build the fireplace into a flammable wall, it is recommended that you insulate between the fireplace and the wall. For this we recommend heat insulating boards such as SkamoEnclosure wall boards, fermacell boards, or plasterboards

It can be a little difficult to get a perfect edge around the fireplace when building it into an existing wall. We have therefore had an outer frame made, which is placed on the outside of the fireplace to hide any imperfections. Please note, however, that this is an optional extra and must be actively selected.
