Decoflame Sydney
The Sydney bio fireplace is a contemporary and versatile piece that can be placed against a wall or used as a room divider. It can be customized with different finishes and a back plate, making it suitable for different settings. The fireplace can be built into a wall to create a cozy atmosphere and can be adjusted easily with a manual mechanism to control flame intensity and heat output, and to extend burning time. The fireplace can be easily turned off with a simple switch, making it very user-friendly for everyday use. This model has a beautiful white finish but also comes in black.

The burner included with Sydney bio-ethanol fireplace
The burner included with Sydney is manual, which means that the bioethanol is filled directly into the flame opening of the Decoflame Manual burner.
Furthermore, the flames can be adjusted with the included operating tool. If less heat/flames are desired, the metal plate can be pushed partially over the flame using the tool - to extinguish the flames, the metal plate is pushed completely over the burner opening to smother the flames.
With a capacity of 2,4 Litres bioethanol, the burner in Sydney can burn for approx. 7 hours on a full filling. This gives a consumption of roughly 0,34 L/h.
If you do not plan to have the fireplace burning for 7 hours, it is recommended not to fill the burner with more bioethanol than you expect to use. Any leftover bioethanol will evaporate by itself over time.
Sydney heat output
The included burner has a heating effect of 2,7 kW. Normally one kW is considered to heat 10-20 m2 (107-215 sq. ft.), depending on how well the property is insulated.
Decoflame Sydney installation
The Sydney bio-ethanol fireplace can be placed on any surface. It is free-standing and comes fully assembled. Therefore, you don't have to do any installation work for Decoflame Sydney.
The bio-ethanol fireplace should be installed with a minimum safety distance of 50 cm to flammable objects such as curtains and similar furniture. Directly above the fireplace, additional safety distance should be considered.
