DecoFlame Espoo Ceiling Mounted Bioethanol Fireplace

Elegant and modern ceiling-mounted bio fireplace from Danish DecoFlame, designed to add a cosy and intimate atmosphere to your home.

DecoFlame Espoo is available in several versions;

this version is intended for ceiling mounting and does not require connection of either electricity or chimney.

Espoo is also available as a freestanding bio fireplace with either a pedestal base or oak legs.

When the Espoo Ceiling is fixed to the ceiling, the Espoo dome itself can be rotated so that you can view the flames from several different angles.

This is particularly useful if you have the Espoo Ceiling installed in a kitchen area where you want to enjoy the flames from the kitchen, dining area and sofa.

The included bioethanol burner

The bio fireplace is equipped with DecoFlame's own manual bioethanol firebox that ensures an optimal and beautiful flame. The firebox is easy to operate and allows you to adjust the size and intensity of the flames.

Uniquely, the Espoo firebox is equipped with electronic ignition, which makes it possible to light the fireplace with a simple push of a button. The electronic ignition does not require a power connection, but uses ordinary AA batteries. AA batteries.

The burner has a capacity of 3 litres and provides a burn time of between 5-10 hours depending on the flame level. At the same time, the heat output will vary between 1.7 kW - 3.4 kW depending on the intensity of the flames.

When installing the fireplace

Espoo Ceiling must be mounted to the ceiling before use. This is easily done using the included ceiling bracket and 5 screws.

The fireplace can be mounted on all types of ceilings as long as it can support the weight of the fireplace. The ceiling bracket has a diameter of 30 cm and it is recommended to screw it to a batten if possible. It should be placed at a minimum safety distance of 100 cm from flammable materials such as curtains and other textiles.
