A display model fireplace is a product that has been used for display at fairs, our showroom, or has been returned from a customer. The functionality of these particular fireplaces are as new, however, there can be small scratches, damages, or the like which will always be stated and shown at each particular product.

Display models and returned goods
Display models are products that has either been on display at fairs or in our showroom in London. It can also be returned goods, products that have suffered transport damage, sample orders, or discontinued products. The display fireplaces do not have major scratches or defects. However, should there be any damages, scratches, defects, or the like on the products, this will be shown and described on each product. That way, there will be no doubt about the condition of the fireplace you are buying. These imperfections do not affect the functionality of the bio fires, as they operate just as well as a brand new model.
By buying a display fireplace, or a fireplace that has been returned, you do not only save money, you also protect the environment by buying a fireplace that would otherwise be thrown out!
