The Rock Core is a freestanding bio fireplace from Planika which are one of the leading manufacturers of automatic bioethanol fireplaces. The Rock Core bio fireplace is a part of the Planika Rock series as also consists of Rock Daze/Laurent and the Rock Fireplace.

What makes the Planika Rock Core special is that it comes without termination panels. This is why you only receive the fireplace and the basic skeleton.

The flames of the fireplace are visible from three different sides that are all fully covered by glass. Therefore small children and pets do not have direct access to the flames as you often experience with other fireplaces.

Burner

The included burner for the Planika Rock Core is an automatic bioethanol burner based on the very special BEV-technology of Planika, which evaporates the bioethanol before it is burned.

This makes it possible to adjust the flames in 2 levels and the fireplace can be controlled by the built-in control panel or the included remote control.

When the fireplace needs a refill it is done by replacing or refilling the 5 liter (1,1 gallon) bioethanol can that is stored inside the fireplace.

Planika Fires does not recommend using third-party decorative logs or stones with their bioethanol fireplaces, as this can cause overheating and damage internal components. Always use accessories approved by Planika for safety and optimal performance.
