Heatstrip Elegance 2400W w/Remote - Electric Patio Heater
The Heatstrip Elegance 2400W with remote is a slimline electric radiant heater for protected outdoor areas such as pergolas, verandas, alfresco areas and cafes, as well as hard-to-heat indoor spaces. Its off-white ceramic-coated body blends in seamlessly with white and light ceilings, and a remote control is included for easy operation.
The Elegance uses radiant heat, which warms people and objects directly rather than the air. This gives a gentle, efficient warmth that is not blown away by a breeze, and it can be mounted directly above the area you want to heat, for example a dining table or seating area.

Heating Area
Based on direct overhead mounting at 2.4 m:
- Indoor protected area: approx. 6 m²
- Outdoor enclosed area: approx. 4.8 m²
- Outdoor exposed area: approx. 4 m²
For outdoor use, shelter the heater from wind with walls, café blinds or screens for the best result. The heating area is reduced by up to 40% when the heater is mounted at an angle on a wall.
Installation and mounting
The standard bracket can be used for ceiling or wall mounting and can also be used to suspend the heater from chains or wires (chains and wires are not included). The heater can also be installed flush with the ceiling, on beams or poles, on umbrellas, end to end, or as two units side by side.
- Minimum mounting height: 2.1 m
- Recommended mounting height: 2.2-2.5 m
- Maximum mounting height: 2.7 m (in a fully enclosed outdoor area)
For higher ceilings, optional extension poles or chains can be used to bring the heater down to the recommended height. The heating surface must never be directed towards the ceiling, and when mounted at an angle the maximum angle is 30 degrees. The electrical connection should be located outside the physical footprint of the heater, and at the lowest point if the heater is mounted on an incline.
