Trade Account
Interior designers, architects, builders and hotel or restaurant projects buy fireplaces from us every week. A trade account gives your company fixed trade prices across our range, one contact person who knows your projects, and the technical documents you need before the wall goes up.
Applying takes a few minutes. Once your account is approved, you log in with your normal customer login and see your trade prices directly in the shop.
Who the trade account is for
The account is built for companies that specify or install fireplaces in their clients' homes and buildings, often with several units per project and a deadline set by the rest of the build.
Interior designers
Fireplaces that fit the concept, with samples of finishes and help choosing the right size for the room.
Architects
Dimension drawings, recess measurements and ventilation requirements early enough to put them in the plans.
Builders and contractors
Delivery planned around the build schedule and installation manuals for the team on site.
Hospitality and commercial
Hotels, restaurants, offices and show homes where several fireplaces need to look and perform the same.

Data sheets, dimension drawings, recess and ventilation requirements and installation manuals, ready before you order.
Delivery planned around the build
We can hold stock for your project and deliver to your office, your client or the building site on an agreed date.
Showroom visits with your clients
Bring your clients to one of our showrooms or book a live video presentation, so they see the flame before they decide.

Our sales team checks your details and contacts you, normally within two working days.

Once approved, you log in with your email and see trade prices across the shop.
Questions about trade accounts
Who can apply for a trade account?
Registered companies that specify, install or buy fireplaces for projects: interior designers, architects, builders, property developers and hospitality businesses. Private customers cannot open a trade account, but our customer service is always ready to help with a single fireplace.
Do I need a VAT or company registration number?
Yes. We use it to confirm that the account belongs to a registered business. If your company is newly registered, mention it in the form and we will find a way.
Are trade prices shown with or without VAT?
When you are logged in, trade prices are shown as they apply to your company and country. Your contact person will go through the price setup with you when your account is approved.
Can you deliver directly to my client or the building site?
Yes. You choose the delivery address when you order, and for projects we can agree a fixed delivery date that fits the build.
Can I bring my clients to a showroom?
Yes. You are welcome to visit one of our showrooms with your clients. Book the visit with your contact person, so the fireplaces you want to see are set up and burning when you arrive.
I sell fireplaces in my own shop or webshop. Is this the right account?
Retailers and webshops are served through our dealer programme, ScandiFlames, which has dealer pricing, marketing material and dropshipping. You can apply as a ScandiFlames dealer here.
