Absolutely fantastic service from Bioethanol Fireplace .co.uk. From our first online enquiry this company have been extremely helpful and informative. Casper answered all of the questions that we had and also sent us a video comparing the two fires that we were interested in as we were not able to visit the showroom. Delivery was very quick and we absolutely love our fire. It has made a lovely addition to our conservatory making it much more useable during the colder winter months. I am very happy with my purchase a Victoria cast iron electric stove it looks great in my kitchen - and it warms up my kitchen really quickly.
